Chanel Half Tint Sunglasses

Now summer is fully upon us I feel its time we all upped our game and got some decent sunnies! I do love the Ray Ban Wayfarers but with so many replicas out there I feel we all need to look further afield.
I am loving the Chanel Half Tint Sunglasses which have been spotted on the skinny faces of the Olsen sisters of late - of course the real Chanel ones will break the bank so here is the cheapest version I could find on Girl Props.
Enjoy!

Half Tint Round from Girl Props $9.99

Paris Fashion Haute Couture: Chanel

Karl Lagerfeld I think has outdone himself with the new Chanel Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2010 collection shown this week in Paris. The cupcake styling of the cute dresses are to die for and loving the gold lame suit he put Baptiste Giabiconi in is pretty disco!

Paris Fashion Week Highlights

It seems that the designers pulled out all the stops at this years Paris Fashion week with exceptional shows from Chanel, featuring a barn yard theme - with Karl's girl pal Lily Allen popping out of the floor of the makeshift yard to perform (also noted that Prince was in the audience!!). Although get ready for the usual backlash from the devote Chanel followers who will accuse Karl Lagerfield of ruining Coco's memory. I think that Chanel needs to step into this realm and inspire future generations of fashionistas to inspire to wear Chanel one day, so good on you Karl for taking it to the next level!
Alexander McQueen know how to keep us talking with his towering 12 inch heeled boots which were covered in metal studs for his Charles Darwin inspired catwalk. Obviously these shoes are not for your average walk in the park but that is what catwalks are all about!
A pirate inspired theme was adopted by designer Jean Charles de Castelbajac where models wore dresses with parrots attached to them and necklaces of bones.
And my favourite Vivienne Westwood was her usual crazy self and showed off her models wearing dramatic and scary painted faces while wearing her new Spring Summer 2010 collection of tailored shorts, corseted low cut dresses and paint splash inspired prints.
